Early Bird Pricing
Early bird pricing is available when registering online until September 27th. Register before this date using the code EARLYBIRD2024 to take advantage of discounted conference ticket rate. Please note that the early bird discount applies to the Conference Ticket ONLY. Banquet tickets and Booths are excluded from the early bird promo.
Applicable Taxes
Please note that Goods and Services Tax is included in the price of registration online. A receipt will be issued from our office which reflects the GST amount for transparency and compliance purposes.
Registrations and Payments
To streamline registration and ensure efficient processing, all participants are required to register online using a credit card. This method enables instant confirmation and helps us allocate resources effectively to enhance your experience.
Registrations made through methods other than our designated online platform may be subject to a 3% administrative fee. By choosing to register offline, you agree to the administrative fee outlined in this policy.
Payment of exhibitor booths registered through methods other than our designated online platform must be received by November 15th or they may be considered delinquent and result in forfeiture of the space.

Conference & Banquet Ticket Cancellations
Registrations are transferable to another individual within the same organization at no additional cost until November 15th. Transfer requests made after this date may be subject to an administrative fee.
Cancellations received in writing by October 31st will be refunded the ticket cost, less a 25% administrative fee.
Cancellations received in writing after October 31st will be refunded the ticket cost, less a 50% administrative fee.
All transfers and cancellations can be made in writing by emailing office@manitobawatersheds.org
By registering for The Manitoba Watersheds Conference, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
Exhibitor booth cancellations received in writing by October 31st will be refunded the booth cost, less a 50% administrative fee.
Exhibitor booth cancellations received in writing after October 31st will not be refunded.
Exhibitor Booth Cancellations
By registering for and attending Manitoba Watersheds Conference you give your consent to pictures/video that may be used by MAW in future communications or promotions.
